>> comedian tracy morgan out of the hospital tonight nearly two weeks after he was injured in a serious crash on the new jersey turnpike. morgan suffered a broken leg and broken ribs when a tractor-trailer hit the limo bus he was traveling in. he is now recovering in a rehabilitation facility. morgan's friend, james mcnair, was killed in the june 7 crash,

and two others were seriously hurt. the driver of the tractor-trailer was reportedly speeding at the time of the crash. he now faces several charges, including one count much death by auto. new york city paying out nearly $40 million to five men falsely accused of raping a jogger in central park. the 1989 attack gained national attention when five teenagers were found guilty. serving 6 to 13 years in prison before convictions were thrown out in 2002. prosecutors found someone else was responsible. and makers of yogurt with a lawsuit over what is in the product and where it is made. saying that it is a deceptively unhealthy food. saying it has the nutritional
